By submitting your work to TAURUS Magazine (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”, “the Contributor”) agree to the following terms:

1. Rights & Usage

  • You certify that you are the sole copyright owner of all submitted content, or you have obtained the necessary permissions and releases (including for models, makeup artists, stylists, and locations).

  • By submitting, you grant TAURUS Magazine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, display, and promote your submitted content in print, digital, and promotional materials, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing.

  • You retain full copyright ownership. We do not claim exclusive rights.

2. Editorial Decisions

  • All submissions are subject to editorial review. We reserve the right to accept or reject submissions at our sole discretion.
  • We may make minor edits for clarity, format, or consistency while respecting your artistic vision.

3. Third-Party Rights

  • You agree that your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.

  • You are responsible for securing all necessary model releases and permissions before submission.

4. Credits

  • We will make reasonable efforts to credit all contributors (photographers, models, stylists) as provided in your submission.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate credits.

5. No Compensation

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all submissions are voluntary and unpaid. We do not guarantee publication or compensation.

6. Withdrawal

  • Once submitted, you may request to withdraw your work prior to publication. Published content cannot be removed retrospectively.

7. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAURUS Magazine from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your submitted content.

8. Updates

  • We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the latest version before submitting.
